Rage Against The Radio! A Canadian Radio Station is playing Rage Against The Machine on repeat and won’t tell us why!

Vancouvers version of Kiss Radio has chosen to play Rage against The Machines’ hit record ‘Killing In The Name’ on a continual loop, leaving listeners calling into the station begging for a different track to be played!

Turning over to Kiss 104.9 is usually a station filled with variety, fun-loving a high-energy tunes to get you trough the day, whereas currently they’re only playing one track on repeat. Surprising many audiences, due to Kiss’ summer-loving energy, the continual Rage Against The Machine material seems to not match up to the station’s usual demeanour and key audience target.

The spin of endless RATM came soon after morning co-hosts Kevin Lim and Sonia Sidhu announced that they would be leaving the station after strong five years on air. Sharing that they were made aware that they would not be included in Kiss’ new chapter, they were overwhelmed with emotions and although were said to be going were filled with immense gratitude.

Some fans suspect that the stunt of endless Rock music could be a subtle form of protest, whilst others have found the incident quite amusing! We wonder how long Kiss will keep this up until we are all needing a break from Killing In The Name, regardless of how great the track is!
